Bad service

Had a booking on the 30th June. We hired a gold cart 4 days prior to our booking. Only to find that there were no carts when we arrived. We were then forced to get a caddy and honestly the guy at the pro shop is an absolute disrespectful front guy. We have had 3 bad experiences with this guy and it's totally unacceptable. I need an immediate response because we pay for such services.
