HOW AKASIA AUTOHOUSE PANEBEATERS DESTROIED MY ANTICIPATED PLANS FOR NEW YEARS EVE 2024 AND MOVING INTO 2025

We were referred by OUTSURANCE to take our vehicle in for repair work to AKASIA AUTOHOUSE PANELBEATERS. The vehicle was booked in at AKASIA AUTOHOUSE PANELBEATERS on Monday 25 November 2024 and we collected the vehicle on Friday 29 November 2024 after repair work was completed.

Because of your poor workmanship, sloppy repairs and extremely bad quality control I found out at four o clock on NEW YEARS EVE 2024!!!! That I do not have a vehicle to use from New years eve 2024 until AKASIA AUTOHOUSE PANELBEATERS opens for business in 2025. Because of your NEGLAGINCE my family and I had to cancel all our plans for new years eve and new years day. 1. As a result of poor service and repair work the two FENDER LINERS at the right side of the vehicle came loose. 2. The rear bumpers mounting bracket that attaches it to the vehicle broke and that caused the bumper to hang loose on the right hand side. rendering the vehicle totally un usable. 3. Upon inspection we also found the FENDER LINER at the left front wheel is also coming loose and it just a matter of time before it will also touch the wheel. We made the decision not to use the vehicle to avoid any more damage to the vehicle. I PERSONALY THINK THAT OUT SURANCE SHOULD CONCIDER REMOVING AKASIA OUTOHOUSE PANELBEATERS FROM THEIR LIST OF VENDERS.
