Bad service

I put my dogs in the Akasia Dierekliniek's kennels for 30 days, and I will never ever use them again. When I booked months ago, I was assured that the dogs are allowed out the cages and walked everyday. But when we got back and collected our dogs, we were told that they where never taken out of the kennels for the whole period. The lady in charge told us that it is not worth their risk to let dogs out the cages, ever. <br> Also, one of my dogs now sound different. He used to have a very loud high-pitched bark and now his bark is very low-pitched and much softer. They deny doing anything, but I will always wonder.<br> <br> When I requested the owner's contact details, I'm told that they cannot give this to me, and that the owner lives in the Cape and is not contactable by any means.<br> <br> This service is pathetic.
