Unhappy customer Bad service

My name is Tshegofatso Rampou 1995-09-03 I have been waiting for my trustfund for over a year now, my dad passed on in 2008,I was still a minor ,now in Jan 2018 I sent in my application to withdraw my trust because after I turned 18 they asked for my school confirmation but I never got my pension from akani until I decide I'm out of school now, so I decided to withdraw all my trust fund me and my mother we were called for interview in Feb with the manager Mrs Khuzwayo and we were promised that they will give me my fund end of march but nothing I keep calling and empty promises,there was another guy called Adolphers he also promised to help but nothing,I got another guy called Peter recently he also takes me from pillar to post ,last week we went with my mother and Peter said he is waiting for Mrs Khuzwayo to sign it off ,even today I still never got my money,I am tired to call these people that is why I decided to ask hellopeter to assist
