Payment of quotations against a trust fund

My name is Lenah Makua.The father of my son passed away in 2019 and his pension fund was administered by Akani Pension Fund. I have a problem with them always delaying payouts every time I put in a claim. I have sent through a quotation on the 11th January 2022 for school fees and school uniform for my son I have since been calling and making follow ups but nothing is happening.
