I regret being a member all I need is my money

I have been claiming since 2018 for the past 2 and half months I have decided to call 2to 3 times a day I thought maybe that was gona make them speed up my process coz I really need my money. But in steady I feel like when I call I just become a joke or something to be played with coz they keep telling me stories that doesn't add up like for the past 2 months they said the IT is loading my information I call 3 times a week they tell me the same thing I called on Wednesday last they said the manager was entering the office so he/she asked them to send my documents n they will call me before the end of that day but they didn't I called Friday someone told me she was sending my documents to Sars. I called again yesterday someone told me she doesn't even see my documents it doesn't look like they where sent anywhere I must call today i called today they told me they are sending the documents to the manager Im being told the same story almost every day. Pliz stop playing with my feelings and my airtime All I need is my money
