Frustrated Ex Employee waiting for pension payout
Akani is an Administrator for pension fund payouts, I am under Bokamoso Retirement Fund and was working for the administrator. They delay payouts unnecessary and they keep on dragging your file for no apparent reason I have claimed for my resignation payout since I resigned in April and till today they haven't paid. When I make follow up I'm told the file is awaiting approval it's been over 2 months already. This is frustrating and so disappointing as I have submitted all they requested from me. Please assist as I have no were to go and no one to assist.
