Complaint of unpaid pension
My dad past away on the 29th of Feb 2020. I filled in all the necessary documents as requested. Up and till today NO PAYMENT was made excuse is covid. The board cant sit due to convid. There is so much technology why cant this technology be used for a board to sit. My dad only receivee 6months of his pension why cant this be dealt with urgently. My mother has bills to pay no one is excepting covid as an excuse why must she except covid as an excuse. I want answers as to when and only when is the board going to sit. I was promised that my mother wil receive pension end of July 2020 but nothing. Now i am told she wil be paid thia year when this year
