Akani is refusing to pay my provident fund claim
I was dismissed from work in May 2021 and still waiting for my provident fund to be paid. I've been calling and even went to their offices in Kempton Park twice but they keek telling me they sent my suff to a new administrator and the new administrator is denying receiving my documents from akani

30 Oct 2023, 12:39My previous employer completed and submitted my claim for on 7/6/2021 and as a matter of fact you (akani) were still holding the fund account and it was only after 5 month that you transferred the account to momentum and that shows a total misconduct from your side because you were supposed to have paid me long before you transferred the account to the other administrators

This is a 2021 claim and all I want to know is where is my money and where can I expect it to be paid to me
