11 weeks of not paying resignation claim by Akani(MEPF)

I am not happy with the services of Akani, since i resigned last year October and filed my termination forms early November and on the 3rd of january i was told that my file was not approved and that was what i was told on november it is now 11 weeks without getting my funds and not even being told what is wrong with my claim. so i want an assistant with relevent supervisors of Akani so that i can understand what is wrong because their policy state that the claims would be paid within a period of 8 weeks now is week 11 and no one communicate with me on whats the hold, please assist because its been long and this is not acceptable.
