Disappointed in Akademia

I am truly disappointed in Akademia. It wat with great admiration and ambition that I app****. Nothing in the entire process was easy. I did not get all my login details, I could not access the necessary platforms to start with the online classes. Numerous times I addressed the problem and it was never resolved. Until a point where I terminated the studies before attending any class, because I did not have access. Afterwards I am billed....... for what? what did I received? What did I gain? What did I benefit from? The only reason for 1 start is because I cannot give 0.
