Horrible SERVICE MY FURNITURE STILL NOT RECEIVED

This company Aka loading or Mountain View told me they would collected my furniture on Thursday 3 March in Cape Town and delivery on the Saturday 5th in Johannesburg. On the Thursday afternoon they had not collected yet so we called and Anthea informed us that she had FORGOTTEN she had to collect our stuff! Even though I had sent her a message the night before about it - which she read. I was then told it would not be coming on the Saturday and could only come on the Sunday- fine. On Sunday I was told my furniture was on the truck and would be delivered at 3:00pm but I had to pay immediately or they would not offload- so I paid. Over R5000! The lady- Anthea was QUICK to ask for the payment and rep**** immediately to all discussion about the money but has since been a living nightmare to get any responses from! At 2:30pm on the Sunday I get a call from Anthea to say she ‘dropped the ball’ and FORGOT my furniture in STORAGE in CAPE TOWN?! She said she would make a plan for it to arrive on Wednesday- then quickly changed that to Saturday as it would be leaving Cape Town only on the Thursday (10 March). She said they would definitely deliver to me FIRST on Saturday morning. On Friday 11 March I messaged Anthea to ask for a time for delivery for the next day. She responded with ‘will update you this evening’. Eventually at 8:00pm I had heard nothing and messaged her AGAIN asking for an update. That’s when she told me THE FURNITURE HASNT EVEN LEFT CAPE TOWN YET!!!! I have now paid for a service that I have NOT RECEIVED. Her attitude is disgusting and she is telling me I will get it when I get it. My furniture was taken on the 3rd of March and now on the 12th of March I’m still sitting with NO FURNITURE in my house!!! And they are sitting with my money and my furniture. They are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and LIE about where the furniture is. Today I’m told that a truck that was supposed to leave on THURSDAY is now only in Beaufort West and the reason it’s taken them 3 days to get there is because the truck only ‘travels at 80km/h’ and gets stopped at ‘every weigh bridge which adds hours’. They do not give updates and do not care about the fact that they have in essence ****** my furniture as far as I’m concerned as I have NO IDEA WHERE IT IS and it seems Anthea doesn’t know either! Disgusted. Wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE!
