Unprofessional ******

This company called AK Mobile, they called me around January to sell me their cellphone packages, I asked for a mobile router and gave them my details and specifically asked them after they took long to respond to cancel the deal, they went ahead and debitted my account. Phoned them to refund my money since they blocked the reverse option from FNB. They refused to give me back my money. My advise to people dont do business with them since they are unprofessional .
