Suspected *****

I app**** for a contract with AK Mobile, they debited my account before even receiving the product, now its over 2 weeks and i still have not received anything, i lodged a complaint and its silence.

i asked them to refund and cancel my contract, they still silent. this feels as if i have been ****med, where can i report this issue to.
