Its a ****

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I purchased a data card sometime around mid month for my daughter's birthday present which was then in a few days. Nothing was delivered despite my numerous calls until the birthday passed. When i called them after it was then that they told me that the sim card would only be delivered in after the first debit order. I immediately cancelled. Just when i thought it was all over it turned out to be just the beginning. To date they have failed to refund me, they promised 2 weeks and when 2 weeks passed they promised another 2 weeks and it has also passed. I am left with no option but to report them as **** and open a ******** case.
