Hi Hello Peter I have constructed and pay 80k to Mr Mlungisi Cele of AK projects in Kempton Park, to build 4 rooms since, 16 June 2025., he promised the contraction will be complete in 2 weeks. Since then I received just a trench and 2 bags of cement. I called him many times and whatsapp messages. He since ignored me. Please help me to get a refund. His number is +***4
