Poor quality workmanship

Michael Baloi gave us a perfect quote written in English... which we accepted. When he arrived he could hardly speak English whatsoever. His welding work was good but he quoted us for a complete awning including roofing. Unfortunately the roofing was installed skew and leaked like a sieve. He also quoted us for 1,2 mm polycarb roofing but arrived with 0,7mm roofing. When questioned he said he did not know where to get 1,2mm roofing. So he was trying to pull the wool over our eyes from day one
