We bought a House to Renovate & Rent in Dainferridge Midrand Gauteng We appointed a Main Contractor who Sub contracted the pluming & Gas stove installation to AJVR Pool & Plumbing Alex Janse Van Rensberg is the Plumbers Name After he completed the work We had to call him back to fix numerous leaks & issue the COC for the Gas stove Installation (which he advised he was certified to do) Since April this year until now he has never completed We paid him in full for this work and now he doesn’t reply to any of our messages or mails As we have Rented the Property We had to get another Plumber & Certified Gas Installer to complete this Job
