Poor service

<p>My geyser has gone. They told me they will be at my house at 8am Thursday. At 10 on Thursday they still had not arrived. I needed to get to work and left. They called me at 11am to say they are at my house. I inform them I am not available as they said 8 not 11. I asked can they come on Friday at 2pm. At 9am they are at my house when im at work and said if i want my geyser fixed i have to be home when they are available and must just wait.</p>
