Lack of service

Before getting any service I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a consultant to help me because, she went to buy something to drink. After the long wait a consultant finaly pitched up to help me. After speaking to the consultant about ordering a Huawei tablet, the consultant took my contact details promising to contact me within two days with news from their suppliers- that was 18 February 2015 and we are now at 6 March 2015 and I have heard nothing from them yet!!! This is utterly unproffesional and unacceptable!!
