Ombudsman need to go and have a look at this business

First the service was good until I bought the car, I had found outstanding fines on the vehicle, no roadworthy was done on the vehicle and some strange noise coming from the engine. They kept telling me that the manager is not there or that he would call me once he is there, i never received a call, it cost me to get into my car and drive there to get an answer from them. The after sales service is absolutely pathetic. I was never informed that the vehicle was in a big accident only that it was bumped. I called today to speak to the manager regarding the noise in the engine and followed up twice, till now i have not received any feedback. It is defnitely time to get the ombudsman involved. Absolutely pathetic and very disappointed, i woukd not recommend them at all
