Unhappy/Disappointed Customer

I ordered sneakers in December 2025 and I still haven't gotten my sneakers. I sent them a message to refund my money but they blue ticked me. I phoned them countless times, the phone just rings and no one picks up but they're posting on their status. Till this day I haven't heard anything from them. Professional ****mers.
