Refund

I normally order sneakers from them regularly with no issue. No I purchased a sneaker from them..they allowed me to add to my cart amd I paid. I had to enquire when my delivery is coming then only told me that it was out of stock. I then asked for a refund..theu were supposed to refund today with no joy..this is what they tell me:

Its a simple question

They are not available but posting online Ajay kicks..PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!
