Poor service received

<p>When we started dealing with them they seamed friendly and helpfull , when installation time came all our problems with them started . First they give us dates for the installation of our gate then never pitch up , when we call and they actaully answer the phone there were always a excuse for why they never pitched up , doesn't even have the common decency on calling you to explain that they arn't going to do the job that day . when we grew tired of this behaviour we asked our money back , Again they started with stories . First they told us payment was done and we would recieve the money within a day , That never happend . Secondly they told us that they are a big steel company that only build these gates , they dont do installations , we owe them money and the gate is finnished . If we pay the money we can pick it up our selves , then get some one to install this from our side . </p> <p>Problem is . We agreed telephonically that we would pay this cash when they do the installation . On the actaul qoute they gave us before the official Qoute came, the installation was charge to the price .</p> <p>Why would anybody charge you installation charges if by fact they dont do installations like they claim </p>
