BAD ATTITUDE AND WORKMANSHIP

Signage was done on my store front windows, the quality of the signage looked okay at the time of installation but after less than a month the signage started to come loose and the the joints which is right in the middle of the design started to pull away . I contacted the owner/installer as he promised to come and fix it or replace it if I wasn't happy with the work done. I have contacted him on numerous occasions via telephone, whatsapps and email and he promised everytime to fix it as soon as his money came in from other jobs. He was always blaming it on the manufacturer of the material he used to print the signage on. I have previously posted the complaint on facebook and he then contacted me and gave me a soppy story and once again promised to fix it. When he didn't arrive to fix it, I contacted him again and he then blamed me for ruining his business by putting it on social media. He promised to sort it out again but then he blocked me on whatsapp, never took my calls and never responded to any of my emails after that. He has not bothered to come and sort out the signage as promised and I am sitting with the signage that has peeled off the windows and looks disgusting and it is coming loose at the joints on all the windows.

I want him to come and sort this out. I paid him without hassles and he didn't have to wait for his money. This is unacceptable that he should get away with it.
