Do not recommend

Horrible customer service. I ordered a few products from A&J Online Wholesale Shop (previously Beauty Bounty in Despatch) and did not receive my full order. The products that I received worked but the one was sub par. I am owed a refund and have been asking for MONTHS! The owner has constantly promised my refund but I have yet to receive one. Last year December I was owed a refund but I used that money to purchase other products. This year I have been promised multiple times that my refund will be done. The refund is still owed to me from December 2020. I had to beg for my other products and was told they take 7-14 days to arrive but I waited months for products to arrive and was given no updates. I had to keep asking where the products are and was not told when she recieved them. Disgusting that one has to beg for what is owed to them. I have sent the owner tons of messages and seldom receive a reply. The owner rep**** to one of my messages saying "Tara hoekom moet jy altyd orals boodskappe stuur?" It infuriates me because it's my money! I can't even count the amount of times she's promised me a refund.
