This person claims that he has more than 18 years' experience in the building industry. His moto is: \ If I make a mistake I will rectify it\". A person with this much experience should not make mistakes. He quoted me for a small building project (extension to my house) which should not have taken more than 4 weeks. He asked for 70% deposit. He confirmed that my project will be the only project on his schedule, and will receive his full attention. He promised to be on site the entire time. After accepting his quote and paying the deposit, none of the aforementioned agreements were upheld. After damage to my property, many mistakes and loss of time (7 weeks later) and money, I had to cut my losses and ask him to go being left with an unfinished project. When he collected his tools, he took building material that does not belong to him. He is not to be trusted at all. "
