I had a debit order of R99 I have been disputing on my capitec acc with ref Scb - ajm Je3955 which I never authorized. I don't know how long is been going on but I started noticing it in May, I disputed on the bank app and it repeated again. When I saw it in May I started researching about them. I never found any information except people that were also complaining about them. I now decided to visit the bank to help me with this unauthorized debit order. The bank started searching and found that is AJ Marketing. We called them and a person by the name of Jeric who responded when we call their cell number *** made it look like its my fault that I didn't bring it to their attention. How ridiculous; he was talking nonstop over the phone and I ended asking the capitec consultant to deal with him for I felt it was not worth arguing. They told the consultant they'll cancel. I thought this will be worth sharing to the victims of this ********** act. I was at the bank on the 5th of July 2019
