Worst service received, run away with your money

I paid for building material in Butterworth. I was assisted by Zikhona. They sold me things that were out of stock. I had to wait five days for delivery. No apology no nothing. On the fifth day its when they told me that there's no one to pull out my stock and there's nothing they can do. That meant I must bring my own people to pull out the materials for me. Even if they would be the last hardware in SA I would never buy from them. Zikhona did not mind dropping the phone on my ear twice, and on the quotation the shop used her numbers.
