Bad Driver caused accident

<p>The night the accident happened I was travelling at the speed limit of the highway in the fast lane of the N2 and the driver Mark Seale ID number *** was standing stationery in the fast lane with no indication that he had come to a stop, when I realized the vehicle had been standing stationery, I tried to break and drove into him, he then asked the staff in the van if everyone was fine and got out of the van stating he was so sorry but the staff had given him late direction and he tried to change lanes but there were on coming traffic in the opposite lane, also be advised that I have a witness which he also gave the same statement to as well as there were Police that stopped on the side of the road to ask if everything was okay. Now the driver changed his story and the company just believes what he actually said is true instead of investigating the matter further and refuses to compensate me for any damages on the vehicle caused by their driver.</p>
