Hi started with this company in Feb 2021, Since the 3rd month into this company the lies and excuses started, I had such a terrible journey and experience with this company, The ladies name is Anthea Jacobs, i dealt with and a Jenneline... with all the lies over the months, Because it was always the Courts fault that had delay or it was NCR, But my application i don't even think reached any of those places as i cant get any proof out of this company that they busy wit my application, the last straw was in October Anthea told me her company would pay the one account i am struggling with and then i could get my name off debt review... and that also did not happen, I was ignored for most of the time for asking questions. Then Anthea said she will refund me ,I sent in letter for the refund and now i am being ignored and just nothing is happening , PLEASE PEOPLE I AM POSTING THIS SO THAT YOU CAN BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY , IF YOU NEED HELP GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WILL GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR . My whole journey with this company was a lie ... I just called this company and i spoke Anthea and she pretended to be someone else , how pathetic is that
