Worst service

Worst service ever. They were called out to fix a oven element at a 83 year old lady's house. EVERY thing was working except the top element got warm but not up to heat to grill. First when they pull out the oven they broke the wire, which they then had to fix Then they charged for that as well. When they left they said the oven it is working and the old lady had to pay R2100.

When tested by her kids it was still as before. They were phoned again as there was a 6 month guarantee and it was fixed a couple of weeks back. Now they refuse to fix the original call out before another R1600 is paid. Will not recommend this company to anyone, as they are not prepared to provide the services that they promise.
