Unqualified yet demand payment under threats

I live in Weltevreden Park. House got hit by lightning and ever since then stove and big appliances tripped the main switch in the DB Box. Looked in my local newspaper. AJ Fast Electrical. I left for work. My grown-up kids called them and explained. Electrician arrived on Friday April 1, 2016. He diagnosed the main switch in the DB Box to be faulty and replaced it. His office started phoning my kids demanding payment before he leaves the premises. They referred office lady to me. She sent me an e-mail....with a bill for R2 975,00!! When I got home I found that this electrician disconnected and by-passed my pre-paid meter...effectively turning me into an \*******ly connected electricity *****\". COJ phoned and said they got a signal that I \"tampered\" with my pre-paid meter and if I don't pay R1000 to get a \"tampering code\" to re-instate my pre-paid meter, they will remove the meter completely. I phoned the offices of AJ Fast Electrical and asked when they are coming back to re-connect my by-passed pre-paid meter? The electrician started shouting and screaming at me, telling me to keep the switch and don't pay anything.....and then the scary bit: \"I know where you live....\" "
