Misleading advertising and work not guaranteed.

Their adverti*****t in the local newspaper indicates that a pensioner's discount is available. When I requested details I was ignored and not offered any discount on a sizeable amount of work. The electricians philosophy was to replace everything (not repair) and costs were exhorbitant. One of the replacements was a bathroom heater - they promised to forward me the guarantee for the new heater but this has not been forthcoming.
