Electrical COC ****

I requested a COC for which an electrician came out to my property and only walked through the house and Flat without testing anything only looking at the DB boards and informed me that there where switches missing on the main DB board, when my husband questioned this he got very abusive to him we are pensioners, we requested a receipt for the R495 which we had to pay for this so called test, and he continued to be abusive, we called security to remove him from our property. We had another electrician come out and he tested all the plugs, we where told that there where two installations which should be remover but nothing wrong with the DB board. So we paid the R 495 for nothing please beware of this **** dont get caught in this trap.
