Aj Fast Electrical or ACA Electrical and plumbing ****

I have ****med by AJ Fast Electrical, I have called to do COC, I saw them in Kempton express advert. They advertised their company as ACA electricial but their invoice shows AJ Fast Electrical. They didn't even inspect anything, they guy went straight to our DB box and said it need to be upgraded because He can not issue a CSC because out Main breaker is 60A and it supposed to be 63A. He said that is according South African law. He wanted us to pay R2100 to upgrade our DB Box. As we are staying in a complex we are not supposed to change it, everything must stay the same. He ****med us R595. Later we checked with other electricians only to we find out that the is not such. Please beware of this ********.
