dont buy from these people , no customer care

this supplier made me pay for del twice because he failed to supply the full order as requested, he del half the order and then makes empty promise and doesnt give any feedback or when you call him he is ****y and abusive. he doesnt care wether you buy from or not, he doesnt care if you get your del or not, how does a supplier like this even stay in business, even after paid in full
