Aiwa Smart TV not play protected

If i could give them a zero rating i would. So i bought this tv a year ago but only started using it via wifi recently. I came to discover that this tv is not play protected meaning any apps from playstore will not work, will not be updated, cannot log into the app store meaning this tv is basically useless. I tried contacting Aiwa SA first via facebook messanger no reply 9 days later. I tried going to their website, it does not work, i tried emailing them, their email address does not work. 9 days later i tried facebook messanger again and they finally responeded. What they told me is this Aiwa tv is not a product of ours you need to contact Nu World but when i asked for the details they just say find it on your own we cant help you. This is some of the worst customer service as well as the worst brand to buy and i would not recommend them at all. When something is wrong with their products, you are on your own.
