This company seriously needs to check their policies as they **********ly like to pass on their admin fees onto sectional title owners. How do you justify adding a fine plus an admin fee to do so and then when you reverse the fine you still charge the admin fee? Most other managing agents also charge reasonable interest rates on outstanding levies whereas your company thinks its a Bank charging 18%!

Thanks for your review - please be advised that interest charges are determined by he Trustees of the estate via Resolution - the Managing Agent simply acts on instruction of the Trustees.
With regards to the Admin Fees, kindly be advised that Admin Fees are due and payable when we as the Managing Agent acts on Instruction in terms of issuing a warning - if a warning has been reversed and the Admin Fee not then i request that you please contact our office on *** and we will assist you in passing the necessary credit.
