Self-serving AIV

Where AIV is a Managing Agent, their behavior is that of a landlord (they are bigger than the body corporate & bigger than trustees). I would not advice anyone to hire them as a Managing Agent if they are not guaranteed that the majority of trustees at any given time will be strong & ethical. AIV reduces trustees to weak agents & they do not have the interest of the body corporate at heart.
