Putting evil men in authority
For the past 3 months Kegomoditswe flats at Mahikeng have been without electricity. "Competent" Eskom claims it has no means to differentiate who is owing them and who is not. We all have to suffer for the sin of a few. Somebody, Anybody HELP!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your review and rating - as discussed and agreed at the recent AGM of Kegomoditswe - the reason for the electricity being disconnected at Kegomoditswe is due to owners not paying their levies timeously - the Managing Agent cannot make a payment to Eskom if there is no money coming in from owners as part of their levy payments.
In addition it was agreed at the AGM to raise a special levy to address the debt problem at the estate. Once more we remain committed to resolving the issues at Kegomoditswe.
We will continue to fulfill our function in the collection of levies and taking the necessary legal action against owners who are in arrears to recover monies due and owing to the Body Corporate.
