pathetic service

We really have *********** admin as well as financial consultants in the witbank area , iam one of the property owners in ridegeview estate handled by AIV. i have ever since been sending emails since 3 months back i have been calling the office and the have been saying they will attend to it and call me. no one is even bothering to call me or to rectify my account statement instead iam being billed interest every month because of their fault. i want someone to call me with the response because iam not going to repeat my self and my statement being rectified .. my property is 105 Ridgeview estate village 2
