No regard for customer service - why wont you pay my rental income???
Absolutely disgusting service. its the 8th of the month and I still havent gotten my rental income. I beg and plead for feedback and get empty promises. Marise - you tell me you will get back to me and you never do! I have to call in to get empty promises - the Levies don't make sense - how can i be billed in advance for July when we don't even know the usage for the month? you cant answer my questions. My contract specifically states that I did not want AIV to deduct my levies from the rental income, but you did it anyway... breach of contract! WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU MANAGING? HOW CAN I CANCEL THIS CONTRACT? I tried calling your office AGAIN this morning, but there was no answer at your reception, this is not the first time that there was no one available on a Friday Morning.
