Does not pay back levies that is owed to the home owner

They where the property managers of a house that I owned. I sold the house in Dec 2020 and the attorneys paid the projected levies from October to December 2020. But I also paid the levies for that period. For the last 2 weeks the only answer that I get for when they will pay back the outstanding amount that is owed to me, is that will try and find out or don't know or the financial person is not there to make payment.
