dissapointing service and accompanying attitude

I write this in my personal capacity and based on personal experience and confirm that as an investment, in a company's name, I purchased a unit in St Aidans in Barbeque Downs. AIV property specialists were the only people we could use to obtain a tenant as its a new (and still under construction) development and no one else was allowed on site (not even us owners). Aiv located a tenant and placed them in the property. They re**** on a line in the mandate which reads \sign the lease with a suitable tenant". For this they get 5% of the full rental. They signed a lease for 12 months and retained R 4500. The tenant from the \""get go\"" paid late and in dribs and drabs. They left after 5 1/2 months and I have asked for my corresponding rental commission back for 6 1/2 months and they re**** on an attitude \"" it was a placement fee and not a managed lease\"" bad luck.
