This company owns Kegomoditswe Flats in Mahikeng NW. The Flats have been without electricity for more than 3 months. People have been paying them faithfully, little did they know they are ******. They came to ***** and destroy. This a horrible company. I would not recommend anyone to rent, buy or have anything to do with this company.

Thank you for your review and rating - as discussed and agreed at the recent AGM of Kegomoditswe - the reason for the electricity being disconnected at Kegomoditswe is due to owners not paying their levies timeously - the Managing Agent cannot make a payment to Eskom if there is no money coming in from owners as part of their levy payments.
In addition it was agreed at the AGM to raise a special levy to address the debt problem at the estate. Once more we remain committed to resolving the issues at Kegomoditswe.
The reality is that owners need to pay their levies diligently to enable the Body Corporate to meet its expense requirements - this was all discussed very clearly and transparent information was provided to all owners at the recent AGM - thus did owners agree to raise a special levy at the estate to address this issue.
