BLATANT DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

One of the most unprofessional, lacklustre companies I have dealt with! From anyone who answers the phone in the accounts department to the head of the department himself - Imran Sayed. a simple request to have funds returned that had been paid to them in error has taken them over 2 months to address and STILL no luck. if this is how this company handles simple requests I feel sorry for anyone who has trusted them with their business. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDABLE!!!
