Aiv property specialists useless
I am an owner of an sectional unit. For an year now I have emailed and requested repairs to my unit. To no avail. 21 October 2021 I requested repairs to a broken window and damage of the ceilings due to the geyser to be repaired.... Only 2 of many requests. And still... Nothing. On 11 July 2022 the geyser burst and I gave confirmation that repairs can Commence..... And guess what.... Nothingg.... Not one single repair was made since 2021. I have to pay R2000 levies a month apart from eccess payments to insurance.... All my emails and requests have led to nothing.... Not even mentioning that I will take legal actions..... Worst property specialist ever.... I am so frustrated. Why must one beg these people to do their job. They are either *********** or useless or down right spiteful.... I'm so frustrated and nobody can help me without me taking out further loads of money to see an attorney...... How is it possible that one must battle for more than a year to get repairs done...whatbis my rights as an owner.....

Leonet vermaak is the portfolio manager.
I have been sending emails to her for more than a year now.
She made contact to fix the geyser today but awaiting response for the rest of the repairs that is due for more than a year now.

The window repair was unfortunately insignificant to claim as the quote fell within the excess amount. All outstanding repairs has been completed.
