AIV Properties- Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. You can send emails on emails. No one is ever at the office to answer the phone calls and when someone answer it is not their complex and they cannot help you. Get sarcastic emails back after a weeks wait when you eventually get gatvol of the lack of response. Then wait again another week without any decent answers from them. I will strongly advise all complexes to not use them as managing agents. They are incapable of customer service.
