AIV Poor Service - STAY AWAY

Poor service, poor attitude and just general poor service. AIV was elected by our HOA as the Managing Agents. My interaction with them has been poor from day one. We have decided to sell our property and now they choose try and rip me off with exorbitant fees and charges.
